Supreme Park Booking Terms & Conditions 1. Bookings Supreme Park and it's facilities are intended for use by families and couples however, groups or parties wishing to book must first apply in writing to the park. Groups aged under 25 years old may not be accepted. Every endeavour will be made to allocate the pitch you request. However, acceptance of a booking is not conditional on the allocation of a particular pitch. The company will not contract or guarantee the provision of any specified pitch. Provisional bookings will only be held for 7 days and be cancelled unless the appropriate 'non refundable' deposit has been paid. In the event of a change in the rate of VAT, prices may be amended accordingly. 2. Arrivals All Guests arriving between Monday - Friday 7.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm must report to reception upon their arrival. Any guests arriving out of office hours are requested to set up on the pitch they where allocated on the booking form or receipt and report to reception at their earliest convenience. Pitching of tents or the siting of caravans between 10.30pm and 8.00am is not permitted without prior arrangement. When reception is closed, please contact the Warden phone in EMERGENCY on 07860-912982 or 07860 658767 Identification tickets, when issued, must be displayed on tourers and tents at all times so they can be seen clearly. Pitching of tents or siting of caravans must be on the specific pitch if advised by reception. Guests occupying an incorrect pitch may be required to move. 3. Occupancy Touring and camping pitches may not be occupied by more than one unit of accommodation unless appropriate permission is granted. Occupancy of touring/camping pitches may be expected (but not guaranteed) by 12.00 noon on the day of arrival. They must be vacated by 11.00am on day of departure. 4. Holiday Cancellation Scheme This scheme provides for the reimbursement of any amounts paid towards your holiday if your booking is cancelled prior to start of your holiday due to sickness, injury, jury service, redundancy qualifying for statuary payment, death, accident or sickness of near relative or close business associate. Claims should be made in writing to the Park. This scheme is included in our tariff and no extra payment is required. N.B. Deposits are non refundable and not covered by this scheme. Supreme Park General Rules 1. General Conduct/Noise Due consideration must be given to the quiet enjoyment of other guests. Use of loud, foul or intimidating language, behaviour or music will not be tolerated. Young persons must be in their own accommodation by 11.00pm, and quiet must be observed by all between 11.00pm and 7.00am. 2. Ball Games Football or similar ball games must not be played in the vicinity of any accommodation, building, caravan or tent. 3. Speed Limit The speed limit throughout the park is 10mph for all road users. 4. Cycling Observe the speed limit of 10mph and the Highway Code. Cycle with lights during darkness. Cycle in a responsible manner. Park your cycle responsibly and do not leave it unlocked. 5. Cleanliness Please use the Refuse & Recycling facilities and litter bins provided. Refuse sacks are available at reception. Please leave campsite in tidy condition. 6. Fire Risk Open fires are not permitted. In the event of a fire: telephone the emergency services and advise reception. A minimum distance of 6m must be maintained between each tent and caravan/awning. 7. Clothes Lines Are Permitted Clothes lines are permitted but please keep close to your unit. 8. Dogs Dogs must be kept under control and on a lead at all times. Dogs should not be allowed to interfere with or annoy other guests. Due regard should be taken please. Clean up after your pet. 9. Children You are responsible for the behaviour of your children. 10. Fireworks Use of fireworks is not permitted anywhere within Supreme Park. 11. WC & Showers These facilities are for your convenience so please clean up after use ready for the next person. Lack of Adherence to Holiday Centre Rules The Company reserves the right to decline any booking request(s) and to insist on the immediate departure of any person(s) not complying with these rules or for behaviour detrimental to the park or the comfort of other guests. Bookings Payment is accepted on the understanding that these conditions are strictly observed, and refund of the unused portion of any fees paid shall be sufficient discharge of all obligations to any person(s) required to leave the park because of a breach of the Booking Conditions or General Rules Liability The Company will not accept any liability of any description for any person or property using the park. Guests are advised to obtain appropriate insurance cover.
